A s*x-starved woman has brought shame upon herself as she was found wet and dirty lying on the floor of a public bathroom after having s*x with a stranger while the 2-year-old grandson watched.

A grandmother has been arrested and now faces charges after allegedly having sex in a public bathroom while her two-year-old grandson was watching.

 

According to reports, April Purvis was arrested after being found semi-conscious on the floor of the restroom of a gym in Boynton Beach, Florida. The police revealed she was high on drugs. She had taken Xanax, morphine and vodka before having s*x in the public bathroom with a man.

 

Another child told the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office that he heard moaning and saw Purvis “having s*x” with a man in the bathroom, The mirror reports.

 

According to an arrest report, Purvis had her toddler grandson in the toilet with her during the alleged romp.

 

The other little boy reportedly told police that the man emerged from the toilet and gave him money to 'go away', according to the Palm Beach Post.

 

When the youngster returned, he saw Purvis  unconscious on the bathroom floor holding both her grandson and a knife, he told officers.

 

The child was afraid Purvis was dead, so he ran and shouted for help.

 

When police arrived, the suspect could barely open her eyes, the report claims.

 

The sheriff’s office later revealed the woman was high on drugs during the period.

 

She and her grandson - who was found to be dirty and wet - were taken to a hospital. Police checked Purvis' home and found the residence had neither electricity nor running water. The boy was picked up by his mother, who told deputies that Purvis helps to care for him.

A mother has made hearts bleed after officers found the body of her dead son she allegedly murdered and hid in the car 10 years ago.

A Virginia woman whose son's remains were found in her car more than 10 years after he was last seen alive has been charged with murder in his death.

 

Court documents indicate Tonya Slaton of Richmond was indicted Feb. 1 in Hampton Circuit Court on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of her son, Quincy Jamar Davis.

 

The indictment alleges that Slaton killed Davis between July 24, 2004, and July 24, 2005. The Virginian-Pilot reports that Davis would have been 14 or 15 years old at the time.

 

Human remains found in a vehicle Slaton was driving on Interstate 64 in Hampton in June were identified as Davis'. The medical examiner has not determined the cause of death. Police say Davis was never reported missing.

 

Slaton was previously charged with concealment of a dead body in relation to the death of her son, but those charges were dropped Tuesday, reports CBS affiliate WTVR.

 

Police said no one had seen Quincy Davis since about 2004. Quincy was enrolled at Virginia Beach Middle School in September of 2001 and withdrew two years later, according to public school officials. Police said he was last seen when he was in the seventh grade.

 

Richmond and Hampton search warrant affidavits and other court records showed how a simple traffic stop along I-64 revealed a badly decomposed body stashed in the trunk of a Slaton's car.

 

A subsequent inquiry revealed the car "was not registered in Virginia and the license plates on the vehicle were not found on file with the Department of Motor Vehicles," according to the affidavit.

 

The trooper began impounding the vehicle.

 

"During the inventory of the vehicle, Trooper . . . discovered a black trash bag in the trunk . . . There was a strong odor of rotting flesh permeating from the bag." The body in the trunk was double-bagged and sealed with duct tape.

 

Slaton allegedly threw some clothes on top of the bag, saying "the bag contained just clothes". The trooper also noticed a large white stain located on the floorboard behind the driver's seat. "When questioned, (she) explained that she spilled some bleach."

 

After getting a search warrant, court documents show troopers found Quincy's body in two plastic bags wrapped in duct tape hidden in the trunk.

 

Quincy Davis is not Slaton's only child, State Police say she also has an adult son.

 

Slaton previously served nearly four years in prison for a 2007 incident in which she fired four gunshots at her boyfriend's front door, WTVR reports.

 

She is due in court for the murder charge later this month.

Senator Chris Ngige Denies Collapse Reports

Senator Chris Ngige, the Minister for Labour and Employment has denied earlier reports that he collapsed during National Assembly budget defence.

Speaking with The Nation correspondent aboard an aircraft from South Africa, on February 18, he described the report as rumour aimed at damaging his strength and personality.

Senator Ngige said the collapse rumour is laughable and a failed attempt by never to do well politicians for their selfish interest.

“I am not in Nigeria, I attended special morning session function in Zambia and am airborne to South Africa where I will be coming into the country tomorrow".

“The rumours in social media and other quarters shows how petty people can be, I don’t see it as anything but I wish to tell those who still play this outdated and obsolete politics of bitterness to embrace change and know that it is no longer business as usual,” he said.

 

It would be recalled that the General Overseer of the Latter Rain Assembly, Pastor Tunde Bakare had a similar experience in which he was also rushed to a hospital after he reportedly collapsed, while delivering a lecture in Lagos state.

Organize Emergency Conference to Fix Economy - Prof. Wole Soyinka Calls on Buhari

In order to improve the dire economic situation and the dwindling economy in Nigeria, Professor Soyinka challenged the Federal Government to call an 'emergency economic conference.'

 

During a visit to the office of the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, on Thursday in Abuja, Nobel laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, blamed the dire economic situation in Nigeria on the years of bad governance.

 

In order to ameliorate this problem, Prof. Soyinka urged the Federal Government to call an 'emergency economic conference.'

 

''Recovery is going to take quite a while...the President should call an emergency economic conference, with experts to be invited. Consumers, producers, labour unions, university experts, professors, etc.

''I think we really need an emergency economic conference, a rescue operation bringing as many heads as possible together to plot the way forward.''

 

While stressing that the government should maintain its war against corruption, Prof. Soyinka also stressed a need to pursue the anti-corruption campaign 'within the confines of the law.'

 

Lai Mohammed expressed gratitude towards Prof. Soyinka for his visit and support for the anti-graft war.
