According to Forbes, American hollywood actor, Jennifer Lawrence, has been named the world's highest paid female actress of 2015. The 25-year-old Hunger Games star banked a whooping $52million, $16.5million more than second placed Scarlett Johansson, with $35.5m (£22m).
It puts Lawrence ahead of most of the men. Only Avengers star, Robert Downey Jr is ahead with earnings of $80m. Bridesmaids star, Melissa McCarthy, came third with $23m and she's now one of the most sought after stars in Hollywood.
